Where can I find my Customer ID?

Please note that when you purchase a Site Licence you are issued with a Customer ID.

A Customer ID is unique and this is used to activate online access. The Customer ID appears on the registration e-mail sent to the administrator of the account.

Should you no longer have the welcome e-mail, please contact your subscription agency or alternatively contact NPG using the details below if you purchased it directly through us.

Please quote your institution’s details as well as the name of the NPG Sales Representative who assisted you.
