Why do I receive renewal notices when my subscription is not due to expire?

You will receive renewal notices approximately ten weeks before your subscription is due to expire. You will receive three before expiration and one afterwards.


If you continue to receive notices after you have resumed your subscription, then this is because a notice was already being sent to you. In such a case the notice may be discarded.
