Are there delivery delays to my country?

This is the latest information we have concerning possible delays to deliveries in regions around the world as of 16th February 2018.

Whilst you will appreciate these issues are outside of our control, we would like to assure you that we are constantly working with our delivery partners in order to ensure your journals reach you as quickly as possible.

However, please do take these potential delays into account before claiming for missing deliveries.

February:

Portugal - Nationwide strike action on 23rd February is expected to result in delivery delays of up to 3 days.

Asia - Lunar New Year and Spring Festival public holiday celebrations take place between 15th and 21st February and services may experience some delays.

Chad - Strike action has meant the national postal organisation was unable to process mail from 1st February and deliveries will be delayed.

January:

Australia - Cyclone Joyce caused flooding and damage to infrastructure in early January. Deliveries in the region around Broome were delayed as a consequence.

France - Postal delays were anticipated in the last week of January following heavy rainfall in several areas of the country including Paris.

US - Deliveries in the region around Santa Barbara and Ventura, north of Los Angeles, were delayed in early January as a result of damage caused by mudslides.

Ongoing:

Yemen - Mail services have been suspended from the UK (since March 2015) and now from the United States as well. We do not currently have any information on how long these suspensions may last.

Please note that local holidays can also impact on normal delivery schedules.
