I have a print and online subscription but can't see full text articles on my iPad/iPhone. What should I do?

Please check that your Customer ID has been associated to your nature.com registered account. You can view this by logging into the My Account section and click the 'subscriptions and purchases' tab.

If your Customer ID is not listed you will need to insert your Customer ID into the field provided and confirm.


Login to the NatureJournals app to access the relevant content via your iPhone or iPad.


If you are still unable to view full texts articles on your device using your personal subscription you may need to logout and log back in - your login details will be re-authenticated and your personal subscription (incl. mobile access) activated.
