I am unsure of my Customer ID. How can I find out what it is?

Please Note: You will only have received a Customer ID if you have purchased a subscription with Palgrave Macmillan.

You can register on our web site free of charge which will allow you limited access. If you subscribe to a Palgrave Macmillan journal through membership to a society please contact the membership department of the Society through which you receive the journal directly to discuss your entitlement to online access and provide instructions where applicable.

For Palgrave Macmillan subscribers:

For security reasons there is currently no facility to search for your Customer ID online. However, if you have already registered and associated your Customer ID with your account for online access you can view your subscriptions by logging on and clicking on MY ACCOUNT, and then going to the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab.

If you haven't already done this you can locate your Customer ID on the mailing label of your print copy.

If you would now like to register and claim your Customer ID for online access, you can do so by clicking here and following the onscreen prompts. At the end of the registration process you will be asked to add your Customer ID. At this point enter your Customer ID in the relevant field and hit confirm.

If the system does not recognize your Customer ID, or if you don't know what your Customer ID is, you can contact us through our Ask a Question facility, using the drop-down menus to ensure that your enquiry goes directly to the member of staff best able to assist you.

Please give us your full name and delivery address to assist us in locating your ID.
